Is there sales tax on your items?
Answer: Yes, there is 7% sales tax charged on every order due to the fact candy is a taxable product. The prices stated on the website INCLUDE all tax!

What allergens do I need to be concerned with in your products? Are they gluten free?
Answer: My caramels do contain heavy cream. Some of the caramel corn flavors contain peanuts. While no ingredient that I use contains gluten, I do not claim that any product is entirely "gluten free".

Can you ship my order to me?
Answer: At this time, due to specific licensing requirements, I am not able to ship orders to you. However, please contact me to make arrangements for pickup!

How long do I have to wait for my order to be ready?
Answer: If my current inventory does not carry the product that you are requesting, most orders can be fulfilled within one week. For large orders, specialty orders, or Christmas orders, please contact me for an estimated date.

Do you take suggestions for new caramel flavors?
Answer: Absolutely! I am always trying to experiment with new flavors and I would love your suggestion!

Can your Caramel Sauces come in any other flavors?
Answer: I can make a caramel sauce version of any caramel flavor listed on my website. Just contact me for your custom order!

How should I store my caramels and caramel sauce?
Answer: All my products are shelf stable. If your house is very warm, the caramels may tend to soften and stick to the wrappers. Crystallization can occur at room temperature over time as well. To prolong the quality of the caramel products, you can store them in the refrigerator and they will keep for several months. Also, if your caramel sauce is too thick, microwave for short intervals until desired consistency is achieved.
